Orders and Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed after the payment has been received (not after the order is placed). Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) for order processing. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.
What are the domestic shipping times?
Shipping within the USA typically takes 2-5 business days.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order is still in “Processing” status, please contact us immediately at support@leanshiftlife.com to request an address change. Once the order status changes to “Endorsed for Shipping,” we are unable to modify the address.
What happens if I provided the wrong address?
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment. However, you will receive a 20% discount on your next order as compensation.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Is my credit card information secure?
We do not store any of your credit card payment information. All payment data is deleted immediately after the transaction is completed, ensuring your security.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. You can check if your country is supported during checkout. Please be aware of your local import regulations, restrictions, and any potential fees.
I received only part of my order. Why?
If you ordered multiple product types (e.g., SARMs, PCT, and Peptides), they may ship separately. You will receive multiple tracking numbers. If your order is incomplete, please contact us at support@leanshiftlife.com with photos of the items you received.
I forgot to use a discount code. Can I add it after placing my order?
Once an order has been submitted, our system does not allow retroactive application of discount codes.
Can I pre-order an out-of-stock item?
You can contact us at support@leanshiftlife.com to pre-order out-of-stock items, or enter your email address on the product page to be notified when it is back in stock.
How can I check if a product is in stock?
If the product page shows a clickable “Add to Cart” button, the item is in stock. If you see an “Out of Stock” label, it is not currently available.
How often do you restock products?
New stock is typically added every 2 weeks.
How can I get discounts and special offers?
Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to receive the latest deals and promotions.
Do you ship to PO BOX or military addresses?
For PO BOX and military addresses, we ship exclusively via USPS.
Returns, Refunds and Disputes
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for unopened and factory-sealed SARMs, PCTs, and MEPs products. Requests must be made within 7 business days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must provide a tracking number. After the warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, a refund will be initiated, minus a 15% restocking fee.
What if I received the wrong, damaged, or missing item?
Please contact us at support@leanshiftlife.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide clear photos of the defective/wrong item and the packaging with the tracking number visible. If your order included multiple packages, each must be documented separately.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may modify your order only while the status is “Processing.” If you wish to cancel an order after payment has been confirmed, it will be treated as a refund (see refund policy).
How do refunds work?
Where applicable, we can refund to the original payment method, but a $25 processing fee per transaction and the applicable restocking fee will be deducted. Shipping fees are not refunded for orders that have already been shipped.
What is your policy on chargebacks?
We take chargebacks seriously. Once a customer initiates a chargeback, they will be placed on our no-sell list. If you have any issue, please contact us first.
What about payment disputes?
In the event of any payment dispute, please contact us first to resolve the matter. Similar to chargebacks, initiating a payment dispute may result in being added to the no-sell list.
Peptides
What form are your peptides supplied in?
We supply our peptides as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution must be purchased separately.
How should I store and handle peptides?
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for days to weeks. For long-term storage, keep at 4°C or -20°C frozen. The key is to protect from light, moisture, and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What is the difference between peptide vials and kits?
Peptide vials are unlabeled and distinguished by cap color (see product page for details). Kits come as 10 vials in a box.
How do I identify a peptide?
Identify by the cap color shown on the product page. In rare cases, an alternate color may be used.
Will my kit ship together?
Kits and single peptide vials may ship separately. Please check for a second tracking number.
What about the special peptide kit packaging?
Peptide kits are shipped in special packaging to assist with customs clearance. Ignore any text on the box. If you need help identifying the vials, contact us at support@leanshiftlife.com.
How much solvent do I need for BPC-157?
5 mg of BPC-157 requires 2 ml of solvent.
What is the preparation time for GHK-Cu?
This peptide is made to order and typically requires 3-5 business days for preparation.
Is there alcohol in your liquid products?
All liquid or solution products contain 7% ethanol.
Product Quality and Legality
What are your products intended for?
All products on our website are for laboratory research use only. They are strictly not for human consumption. We comply with federal law and do not provide any guidance on dosage or human use.
Do you test your products for quality?
Yes, all our raw materials undergo strict purity testing at a USA-based laboratory. Periodic test results are posted online.
What is your quality guarantee?
If you question the quality of a product, you may have it tested at any HPLC-certified laboratory. If the results are unfavorable, we will reimburse you for the HPLC test cost, the full order amount, and shipping.
How can I test HCG?
You can test HCG purity using a pregnancy test. Mix one vial of HCG powder with 50 ml of BAC water, then test. Because our HCG is highly concentrated, using less than 50 ml of water may produce a false negative.

How do I create an account?
New customers automatically have an account created when they place their first order. Login credentials will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.
I can’t log in. What should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page to reset your password. The reset email may go to your spam folder.

Payment Process
